While working on the coming album…

Shameless promotion here for something else than the new recording of ours, but hear me out here coz it seems like someone doesn’t want me and Mr. Swanö to win this thing that you’ll read about in this post.

You might know I mentioned that I did a song for a commercial for pain killers, just becoz the entries fucken blew and I wanted to have a laugh with it? Here’s the YouTube vid for it that explains everything. Well, I persuaded Swanö to do some excellent vocals for it and he did so, obviously. What is the weirdest thing in this whole shit is that we have apparently made it to the finals with a 1 minute blasting death metal track, haha… So, now I want you lot to go to this page. You’ll end up with this picture. Click the song the arrow points to and press the full 5 stars in the upper right corner (or press 1 star if you think it blows, which is impossible). Close the page. That’s all you need to do. You can do so multiple times if you feel like it. Thing is, me and Swanö could actually win 50000 SEK if this tune ends up the winner. We’d spend that money on… stuff.

But seriously, there’s no fucken chance in hell something like this can win and get on national TV, but to make the company in charge of the product aware of this kind of music might open some doors in the future for other people, which is something I truly think shouldn’t be denied. Get the metal of death into Sweden’s national TV, now that’s a nice thought.

And here’s the update I was referring to in the beginning of this post.

Seems like all those Facebook “likes” for our tune have been deleted for some reason. We were leading big time when it comes to those, but now they are at zero (slowly building up again, thanx to you guys)… very weird. I have no idea what happened but go there and “like” it again, all of you. And, as mentioned, spread the word. Show the company there’s tremendous support for this kind of music.

We just wanna give mad props to this fella (username 99imperius) who’s playing “Crawling though the fields of infinite carnage” on guitar and uploaded it to YouTube. It’s always fun to see stuff like this. We salute you, sir. Go to the video and give the guy some credit. He sure as hell deserves it.

The first promo video of the recording process online now!

You have asked for it, I have obliged. After a few days of work we can now present the first in, hopefully, a series of videos leading up to the completion of the album you guys who have supported The TPH Donation Experiment have made a reality. Spread the word, share it on Facebook (if you use that crap) and enjoy the brilliance of what’s to come.

Update!

Yeah, you know how I like to keep you all updated on the process of recording our next beast of perfection. Well, there’s not too much to report at the moment. Dirk is about to wrap up the 4th tune any day now, which is fantastic. After that there’s only 2 more songs for him to nail. Just wait until you get to hear what this hero has cooked up, he sure put his own stamp on things. Absolutely astonishing work on his part. Goddamn. But this you expected anyways, no? Yes. J is still on vacation, and he’s going thru the guidelines for his vocals with a beer in hand and meat on the BBQ. Lucky bastard. Ruby is done with her work and will enter the studio as soon as she feels ready for it. As I have reported countless of times before, I always work with details and a few other special things for this album.Oh, and there’s rumors going around that another sign just might surface when the time is right…

So, while my major work is done people claim I obviously found some time to create something else that you should take a listen to. And yes, Dan Swanö is rumored to be involved as well… This is a recipe for domination, as you all know. If you’re Swedish, you can find more info here (search for song 294, or simply click the “högst betyg” or “mest spelade” buttons and look for the IBURPROPHANE (yes, they made a typo or 3 in there) song.
